The University implements higher education programs:

-bachelor's degree programs;
-secondary vocational education;
-training programs for middle–level specialists;
-general education programs, including programs of basic general education and secondary general education;
Over three thousand undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students study at six faculties:
-the Faculty of Mathematics, Information Technology and Engineering;
-the Faculty of Philology, History and Journalism;
-the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology;
-the Faculty of Economics, Ecology and Law;
-the Faculty of Industrial Economics of Secondary Vocational Education programs;
-the Faculty of Information and Industrial Technologies of secondary Vocational Education programs.
