Sholom-Aleichem Priamursky State University hosted a delegation from the People's Government of Yichun City headed by Mayor Dong Wenqing and a delegation from the People's Government of Hegang City headed by Deputy Mayor Zhang Jian.
The meeting discussed issues of cooperation between the Sholom-Aleichem PSU and Chinese colleges and universities in the field of education and culture: training of students under exchange programmes and programmes with the possibility of receiving diplomas of two educational organizations, summer and winter schools, organization and participation in cultural and sports events.
‘Our countries have a rich history, long traditions, multifaceted cultural heritage and close relations. Now we have every opportunity to develop and strengthen educational and cultural ties between educational organizations of Russia and China", - notes Natalia Bazhenova, Rector of the University.
The university demonstrated classrooms and workshops. The guests visited the art hall of the university, where they got acquainted with the best works of students and teachers of the Department of Fine Arts and Design.
